Description

vintage go kart. Bird racing or ford or sears built(not sure)
In great condition zero rust barn find.
In great condition:
Frame.
Pedals in 100% new condition along with seat.
Seat
Axle
Steering wheel
3.5hp original Short block
Steering components.
Sprocket
Body with bird sticker
Missing parts:
Carburetor
Chain
clutch
Some gaskets bolts and screws missing.
Engine is bolted to frame.
It is a roller and rolls fine. More pics per request.
Everything else is there
Filter cover and hoses
Has original engine 3.5hp
Frame non modified. No cuts or welds or customization.
One tire drive with slip through axle.
Steering column cover with bird sticker I'm great condition.
From my own knowledge.
It's a 1984 bird engineering go kart built by ford sold by sears and would be a great wall ornament or restore project or table.
Motor has great compression.
It has tire to aluminum contqct brakes that the plates are worn completely out. Tires have 1% tread.
Kill switch for engine is no good
Cable for throttle is no good
Pull string for engine sticks sometimes.
