    Description

    From a contractor's clear-out.  Actuating motor and 3 way valve for hydronic underfloor heating system.
    Appears never to have been installed, has minor storage soiling.  Selling as used.  Retail on this paired set is about 0.
    Valve does not say 712, but has a Tekmar badge and matches the specs for a 1-1/4" 712 valve:  82 mm wide, 41mm from center of threads to top.  Inner thread calipers to 1.613" which per my understanding of the NPT thread chart makes this 1-1/4" nominal.  Please let me know if you need additional measurements.
