    Predator 212 cylinder head ( NEW ) Custom / modified welded gx200 /clone head. Condition is New.
    Does not come with valves / Head is not ported

    This is a builders head with mods done that most people can’t do themselves ! Welding Cast aluminum, Removing and installing seats, milling Head, milling chamber radius cuts,
    Not bolt on ready, well not in my eyes !
    This is a builders head .. for people that cannot weld / mill / and cannot install seats ... porting not done , seats are new blanks, no 5 angle valve job, no seat cuts , stock 5.5mm guides not bronze guides , spring pockets not cut for dual springs Has stock spring pockets, Not ported, not polished ,  ... if you want those mods get the 9 head

    •Welded chamber for high compression ( Tig welded / brand new casting )
    •Radius cut chamber bowls on mill with trade mark radius bowl cutter ( This fully unshrouds the valves perfectly even unlike uneven wavy freehand carbide burr shaping)
    •Radius bowls create the perfect machined form ( This allows greater laminar flow patterns , when viewed thru my flow bench with smoke it looks like a Champaign glass )
    •Head milled slightly to clean up the weld. ( not milled to get compression ratio up / the true value of a welded head is its ability to raise compression without unnecessary milling. This allows for big valve lift by maintaining piston to valve clearance .. this is lost when other head are milled .. milling pulls the valves closer to the piston sacrificing your lift for compression .. with a welded head you have even greater compression ratio and your not sacrificing any lift ability for it ...)
    •This head design allows bigger camshafts and higher ratio rockers ( more lift ) because milling is not needed to get your compression ratio up . This allows more lift, higher compression bigger ratio rockers and more flow , head is not ported / does not come with valves
    •Insane cylinder fill “when looking at the smoke travel on my flow bench”  ( higher power due to increased cylinder fill / fuel mixture / better flow pattern etc.. etc... the benefits go on and on ( this flow is because of the chamber radius shape / head is not ported )

    •The big valve seats allow more flow into and out of the head through the intake and exhaust ( optimizing the flow potential )
    •High flow big valve seats are the best way to obtains huge HP ratings  ( 1/4” before to 1/4” after the valve seat is the most important part of the entire engine .. getting flow in and around the intake valve better and faster is the only way to increase horse power ( head is not ported / does not come with valves ) builders head ... finished version is 9 .. buying the casting/ welding labor and supplies/ milling of the Gasket surface area to clean up excess weld material / Shaping the chamber on the mill , radius cut bowls/ seat cost for the seats themselves / seat removal and seat installation labor /  That is where the work ends .. hence the lower price and the term builders head .. need to draw the line in the sand somewhere .. if your not able to finish the head don’t buy it , please  !!!
    •The high flowing big valve seats along with the welded chamber create higher dynamic compression ratio. The difference between static compression ratio and dynamic compression ratio is the amount of compression you have based on cam opening and closing points .. when a cam says it needs 12:1 or higher compression ratio .. it means it ! Without adding compression back to your engine with a high duration cam you are actually going to be making less power . There is a direct correlation between duration and compression ratio.
    •This head (on a predator 212 or gx200 style stroker engine ) is what it takes to make the 20+ HP ... nothing can beat a fully done non hemi welded head .. if you take advantage of the features of this head and apply your good porting skills to it , and whatever else mods and polishing you like you will have the ultimate package
    •The cylinder head is the only “true” Hp creator ...a cylinder head modified in this way can give you the edge on your competition.
    •This head can be used on mini drag bikes / go karts / boats or any engine that you want the most power out of.
    •The welded chamber is a rare piece that creates torque and compression that the pros use at all high level competitions. Both welded chambers and big seats are almost only found at Paul’s karts .. I am one of the only builders capable of these options and have the machinery / flow benches/ and knowledge to delever the very best in performance / repeatability / build quality and Attention to detail
    Welding on cast aluminum sucks ! Some porous areas will be present ! Most of the time it’s extremely minor or occasionally none at all .. but this Will not effect performance. All castings different, humidity, temp, argon purity , And casting composition can and does effect filler weld. If you can find someone better at it please have them do it !

Last year this time this exact head was double the price ..it takes big money invested into karting engines to have the proper tooling to get the job done right ...so if your ready to go fast and ready to make a mark , this is the head for you ...
