    This vintage engine is new old stock.
    I have never run it or turned it over.
    It appears to be new factory painted and is still bolted to the shipping cardboard.
    The pull cord appears to have been pulled out but has not retracted.
    It’s been in storage for years and I did not try to start or oil anything.
    Probably best for the knowledgeable  buyer to check it out before running it.
    Used for Vintage chainsaws, bikes and go carts.
