NOS West Bend 820 WestBend US820 long block Go Kart Mini Bike engine. This engine has just been waiting for that special project that never came to be. This is a factory built engine, not pieced together and features the highly desirable 3/4" crank and Tillotson HL334A carburetor. The flywheel threads are counter clockwise which would make for a clockwise rotation PTO as most karts would use. The cylinder head is of the straight plug design. As you can see in the high resolution photos, ALL screws/ threaded holes have not been tampered with and the flywheel side of the crank threads are NOT damaged!. The engine was intended for points but can be easily converted to electronic ignition by using a points elimination kit or a Chrysler snow runner style ignition. The last photo is of the data plate from the engine this long block was purchased for as a backup. These 3/4" cranks are nearly impossible to find, especially NOS.
