Out of State Buyers
Out of state cash buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. If the vehicle is financed through our dealership and the buyer is out of state, we will collect all taxes and license fees from the buyers state and do all the processing. You may be required to take the vehicle to smog or inspection etc and have 15 days after receiving the vehicle to do this at your expense. We can provide a 90-day non-resident temporary permit for 0. All Out of State buyers are also charged a 9.50 Non-Negotiable documentation fee. Out of State cash buyers wishing to take delivery of their new vehicle in CT at our dealership will be charged the CT Tax rate of 6.35%.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our sales tax rate is 6.35% and our documentation fee is 9.50. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a 0 NON REFUNDABLE deposit within 24 Hours of the close of the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
